Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD) Fees
For orders placed with COD, a small service fee will be added to your total. The COD charge will be clearly shown during checkout, ensuring there are no surprises.
Estimated Delivery Time: When Can You Expect Your Order?
We know you’re excited to get your hands on your new purchase. Here’s how quickly you can expect your order to arrive:
- Tier 1 Cities (Metropolitan Areas): Expect your order within 4 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Tier 2 Cities (Regional Centers): Orders will reach you in 7 to 10 working days from dispatch.
- Tier 3 Cities (Smaller Towns): Your order should arrive within 9 to 12 working days from the day it’s dispatched.

What you see on our website is exactly what you pay. There are no hidden taxes or extra charges—what you see is the final price for your order. Shipping and COD fees are added during checkout, so you’re always in control of your total.
Delivery Attempts
All deliveries will be attempted twice. If the customer is unable to receive the package on the second attempt, the order will be returned to Plata Nova, and additional fees will be charged for further shipping attempts.
Cancellation Policy: Changes Happen – We’ve Got You Covered
Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that sometimes you might need to make changes. Here’s how our cancellation process works:
- Prepaid Orders: If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, simply contact us, and we’ll cancel it and refund you the full amount.
- COD Orders: If your COD order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel it. If it has already been dispatched, you have the option to refuse the delivery, and the item will be sent back to us.
If your Prepaid Order is already on its way to you, we’ll need you to accept the delivery first, after which you can initiate a return as per our Return Policy.
